Pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are fulfilled by Twice as Nice Threads and are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Brand new items

Brand new items are drop shipped directly from our suppliers. They are not dispatched by Twice as Nice Threads and typically arrive within 7–10 days.

Delivery charges

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.95

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Tracking details will be provided where available.

UK delivery only

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, delayed or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the issue and help resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If returned to us, we can reship at your cost.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. These rights apply in addition to the delivery arrangements set out above.
